Payment: Bank transfer and via PayPal. (Sorry, no COD's!)
Delivery Time: We mail the merchandise within seven working days after we received payment.
(Express mail: shipping out the goods in max. 3 days).
Shipping cost (inside EU): By mail or ExpressMail.
Postage and handling are included in price for all orders of €500.00 or above.
Add €19.00 for orders below 100€, €29.00 for orders below 200€, and 39€ for orders below €500.00

Warranty: Manufacturer replaces, repairs, or exchanges defective devices within two years from date of purchase, provided that the problem did not result from inappropriate use. This warranty does not include AC adapters (which are added for free - only in USA).
Instruction Manual: All equipments, power generators and radionics devices come with a comprehensive instruction manual.
